Everything published here is checked against documentation, and documentation changes. That makes corrections useful here, not merely tolerated, and they are welcome from the platforms themselves.

Corrections and source challenges

Write to the editorial inbox. If a figure on a page no longer matches a platform's own document, this is the most valuable message the site receives. Include three things: the page address, the figure you are challenging, and a link to the document that contradicts it.

Name the page the way it appears in the address bar, so that a challenge to a figure on Popunder Ad Networks does not get confused with one aimed at a supporting page.

Messages from platforms about their own terms are handled on exactly the same basis. A link to your help center, terms page or announcement settles the matter in one exchange, where a summary of what those documents say usually takes three. Confirmed corrections are applied and the verification date on the page is updated, and where a correction changes a conclusion it is stated in the text.

Editorial and press enquiries

Also the editorial inbox. This covers requests to cite a page, questions about the research method, and requests for comment on pop traffic, auction routing or publisher payout terms. The method itself is documented in the editorial policy, which answers most method questions before they need asking.

Guest submissions are not accepted. Every page here is written by the person who read the documents behind it, and that rule has no exceptions.

Partnerships and commercial enquiries

Write to the partnerships inbox. Platforms, networks and agencies proposing a commercial arrangement should start there. The editorial inbox is the wrong door for it. Before you write, two limits are worth knowing. A commercial relationship does not buy a rating, the removal of a documented weakness, or a change to a comparison table; the standard governing that is published in the editorial policy, and the arrangement already in place is described on the about page. Every platform on a comparison page also has to meet the same documentation requirement, so an enquiry that opens with a request to withhold terms will not get far.

Privacy and data requests

Write to the privacy inbox for access to, correction of, or deletion of correspondence held by this site, or with any question about the privacy policy. Requests are answered within 30 days.

What this site cannot help with

This site is not an advertising network. It does not sell traffic, hold balances, run campaigns or operate any advertising platform. Questions about a campaign, an account balance, a payout that has not arrived or a rejected creative have to go to the platform concerned, because nobody here has visibility into any of it.

Disputes with a platform cannot be resolved here. If you believe a platform has acted improperly, the routes that exist are its own support channel, its published terms, and where the conduct touches deceptive advertising, the FTC's business guidance on online advertising.

Response times. Correction reports and editorial mail are answered within two business days. Partnership mail may take longer. Data requests are answered within 30 days, as set out above.

General correspondence

Anything fitting none of the categories above goes to the general inbox. Background on who reads it is on the author page, and the basis on which these pages are published is in the terms of use.
